Welcome to Allure Infinite Beauty ("Allure," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, using our services, or subscribing to our communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

Allure Infinite Beauty provides:

• Laser treatments including laser hair removal, laser facials, spider vein removal, and tattoo removal
• Aesthetic injectables including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and Radiesse
• Skincare services including HydraFacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and microneedling
• Body contouring and non-invasive fat reduction treatments
• Permanent makeup services including microblading and eyeliner
• Full-service salon including haircuts, color treatments, and styling
• Wellness services including vitamin injections and weight loss programs

3. User Account and Registration

When you create an account or provide information to us:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Appointments and Cancellations

• Scheduling: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person
• Deposits: New clients are required to make a $35 deposit to hold their appointment space
• Consultations: Consultations are complimentary but required for new skincare and permanent makeup services
• Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may result in loss of deposit and restrictions on future bookings
• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash
• Cherry Payment Plans available - qualify for up to $10,000 with 0% APR options (subject to approval)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. SMS/Text Message Communications

By opting in to receive SMS communications:

• You consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the phone number provided
• Messages may include appointment reminders, promotional offers, and business updates
• Message frequency varies (approximately 2-8 messages per month)
• Standard message and data rates may apply
• You may opt out at any time by texting STOP
• Consent to SMS is not required to purchase services
• Carriers are not responsible for messages

7. Treatment Consent and Risks

By receiving services at Allure Infinite Beauty:

• You acknowledge that cosmetic treatments carry inherent risks
• You agree to disclose your complete medical history and current medications
• You understand that results vary by individual
• You will follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided
• You consent to before/after photos for your record (photos used for marketing only with separate written consent)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Allure Infinite Beauty and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allure Infinite Beauty, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
